If you want to start a contest go ahead and do so. We're not going to stop you, but the mods will not assist you in organising or starting one (unless if your C1).

Official Contests will be marked as a sticky (not the polls of course). Also in the polls, anyone who has voted and has not posted (they do not have to say who they voted for) is cheating. If your name is in that poll, you may vote for yourself (in the official ones anyways).

Also if voteing is done with a poll, you may NOT vote abstain. Hold your vote until you have made a decision.

Edit: And scince I'm an ass, I just decided that old non-significant "official" contests are finished, they will be unstickied.
