I just finished the first in a series of short movies about a spaceworm or "astroworm" that (you guessed it) explores in space. They're generally 1:30 - 2 mintutes long each.

a few minor things that would be nice

replay button isntead of loop, preloader + play button for slower connections.

And if your feeling really adventurous, how about making text advances user controlled?


Very ncie animation though, what fps did you make it at because it's very smooth.

I did actually think of that, but I'm sorry to say that although this is a .swf file, I didn't make it in Flash -I just made it in a a .gif animating program and imported it into a movie. Therefore, I have no skill with Flash, nor can I add buttons or user interaction.




I put it at 17 fps beacuse the animation looked choppy and slow at the default. Thanks

get some one 2 make continue buttons, i can barly read the text, i only have, what? 1 second 2 read anentire paragraph?

i read at my own pase, no one can rush me and i dont particually want 2 strain my eyes reading mega fast.

You may notice the person complaining about not being able to read is the one that replaces all his "to"s with "2"s and all his "are"s with "r"s.

And, in fact, you get 10 seconds to read the paragraphs and about 5 seconds to read a couple sentences. If more people complain, I'll release a Special episode with half a minute for all the text.

But, to prevent HarrY from becoming my enemy, I think I'll ask Misterags to add something like the arrows in his comics to go to the next dialog. That'll appear in the next episode.

For the rest of you, thanks for the support! I'm glad the weapon is a hit too, I'm gonna also eventually introduce the two weapons I entered in WWWWA 1 and 2 - the morpho-gun and clone!

Yeah, the text goes waaaaay too fast. For text parts you should have slowed it down a notch. People can't read 90 words per minutes. But nice animation.

i could type fully if i realy wanted to, but the truth is that i realy can't be botherd to have to type it all, and i'm used to typing the abreviation..

How many seconds do you think you need, so I can change it? Oh, btw, dont say "should've". I can easily and quickly edit and re-release the movie in a matter of minutes.

hmm.....maybe double or triple watever you have now....
it's not easy to find a happy medium between too fast and too slow...

I can read 900 words per minute. The movie could use some buttons and a preloader. Otherwise, very good job on the animation. I'll be glad to add buttons, and a preloader. Since it is in flash format. Just ask me.

15 words a second? thats not reading, thats skim reading and only works with large texts like in comprehensions.

unless you meant 90 wpm?

Uh I mean, 90 wpm. I can type 60-70 wpm. I was exaggerating. I can read his texts perfectly, and have lots and lots of seconds left over.
