Igw, psp is very hard to work you know and seeing harrys old sigs compared to him new, i think photoshop looks way easyer.

You're right that you can't really be a 'natural' at photoshop, as with any complicated program, the user must gain their bearings before they can do anything. However, it is possible to figure it out by yourself, you don't need tutorials. Someone had to write those tutorials, after all.

i'm not saying someone can open the program the first time and create the best sig in the world....just that you can have one person that opens it for the first time and is terrible and another that opens it and creates something half decent....

The way I see it, if you decide to buy a graphics program that costs hundreds of dollars (of course, assuming you buy it...), you must be at least half-way decent, and have some experience in Paint. Otherwise, your obviously insane.
Seriously, with Paint, a graphics converter, and an animation program (the latter two were free as well), I'm perfectly content. I'm not really into trying to make those awsome sigs, because I know I'm not capable of it.
