Could someone make this picture into an anime style avatar? Maybe just the face, but really doesn't matter

And also... (sorry for asking so much) this picture
could make the people sitting on the bridge and leaning against eachother? About 65x60
I tried not to ask too much, but I know it sounds kind of.. demanding but please, try.
( I'm not skilled with Photoshop or any painting program so... yeah)

I'll give that first image anime transformation request a go but not sure I'd be able to do the second one.

I could try but i can't make animie style drawing on computers, i draw them on paper for a hobby (i actualy think im rather gd at it too)
