Actually, if you want to include arcade games in that list, the number jumps up to 45. There were arcade versions of:

Super Mario World. (Yeah, I know, this one's hard to believe, but I've found a few in my travels)

Hey, I remember something I read a while ago, some japanese guy has beat the entire Super Mario Bros. 3 in less than eleven minutes:o! And, there is also a video recording of it. But, I don't know where to find it. I'll give all my (BTP) money to the one who can post the URL:mrgreen:.
