I will call this little mans with colors that stand infront every user USS.
I think that there should be new USS that will apear in front of every user who have less than 10 posts, and name of this should be newbie(dont call them noob, that makes people angry:))
also, there can be another USS for guys who doesnt go on forum, but who post graves,flags,maps and so on.They can be called Submiter:)
