I so agree with your orriginal post here,
Tho new to BTP we've co moded at WW forums, and We've see our share of SPAM.

The quiz thing is brilliant. though it can also be kinda annoying at the same time.

Heres what I think:

My PhPBB fourms has a mod i can install if i choose that lets me decide how many "meaning full posts" some one has to make before they earn the right to start a new topic.

Another Mod allows me to set a char mininmum for posts so if some one types "lol" and thats all, the post will not be made and the user will be greeted with a nice error message.

Now I have not taken the time to read through every post on this thread, and i prolly never will, so i dont know if any of that has already been implemented.

If not, might be a good idea to try.
This is laborous i know, especially since theese forums are "homemade." Grats BTW guys, nice job on that!

Thats just my idea and it would prolly be easier for end-users not to ave the quiz, but to be greeted with an error wilst spamming.... rolf

thx glen, too bad my crappy php is ony a theory, i accually know very little about PhP. Only that the syntax is simalr to JavaScript.

but your starting to become a pain just posting away disagreeing with stuff, to seem like you have a semi-inteligent oppinion.
